Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@snugpaw.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used or washed
Personalised or custom-made products
Items purchased on final sale

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

🔁 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
