Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order if there's an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issue — we'll refund you in full.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order.
Delivery
We aim to ship within 1 working day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Faulty items are replaced or refunded at our cost.
Liability
We're responsible for our products being as described and fit for purpose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent allowed by UK law. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
